REALITY BEGINS IN THE MIND

Patience is overrated

Patience, as a trait for success, is a bit overrated.

When I think of patience, I think of someone that is needy.

Needy for an external outcome to feel a certain way.

And when you're dependent, you're not in control.

A much better feeling to develop is anticipation.

Anticipation is a feeling of exctiement for something you know is going to happen.

Like when you were a kid on Christmas Eve.

You knew, with everything in your heart, that on the 25th, there'd be presents under the tree.

This is how you want to think about your desires.

Visualize them. Journal about them. Live in the excitement.

This will get you out of bed in the morning.

This will make you want to put your heart and soul into your work.

Patience is restriction.

Anticipation is creation.
