I'm reading a book called The Inner Game of Tennis by Timothy Gallwey.

It's about knowing how to surrender to your subconscious mind to achieve optimal performance, flow, and creativity.

In the book, all the examples reference learning how to play tennis, but it applies to every area of life.

Whenever I write these emails, I try my best not to think too much about them.

Whenever I think too hard, it creates a lot of ressitance and the ideas don't flow as well.

But when I surrender, and allow my subconscious mind to do the work, magic seems to happen.

Everything you need is already stored in your subconscious mind.

You just need to surrender and trust it's expression.
